The METAA Mentorship Program will accept mentees on a rolling basis. The mentorship will run for one year, with an optional extension for an additional year. Each mentorship pair (mentor and mentee thought partners) will collaboratively determine partnership goals and meeting frequency. The program fee for the first year is $3000.
Throughout the program, mentorship pairs (thought partners) will communicate remotely or in person for approximately 1 – 2 hours per session, supplemented by email correspondence. Sessions will be tailored to the needs and challenges of each mentee, with a minimum of 15 sessions. All interactions are confidential. Mentors and mentees will participate in sessions with their cohort to explore “Problems of Practice” throughout the first year.
An additional year of mentee support can be provided at the end of the first year. Extended mentors and mentees will communicate remotely for a minimum of 6 sessions, with additional check-ins as needed. All sessions are confidential. Additionally, there may be sessions to explore additional problems of practice in collaboration with other mentorship pairs in the program.
